Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, uninstalled condition and their original packaging.
Return Process

Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

Shipping: Ship the item to the warehouse address our customer service team provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
